Allied Aerosystems Ltd

Allied Aerosystems Ltd, is a Calibration, Maintenance and Repair Service provider of Test and Measurement equipment and associated measurement services.

We take data security seriously and will not knowingly share information we hold about individuals without their consent.

This Privacy Notice explains how Allied Aerosystems Ltd collects and retains personal details for representatives of it’s, suppliers and customers in order to provide its business services.

CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS

What information do we collect about you?

  • Corporate entity. (CUSTOMER, SUPPLIER, OWNER)

Corporate entity information data sets do not have any personal data in them. Email links are generic (e.g. Contact@Corporationx.com) or (Name: Sales Desk)

We track (ASSETS) and their attributes: Description and identifiers, service details, identified locations with time stamps, service preferences.

We link the assets we track to the corporate entities associated with them as (OWNERS), (CUSTOMERS) (SUPPLIERS).

We also link Individuals (CLIENTS) to a corporate entity in order to process actions on behalf of the corporate entity.

This abstraction of (CLIENTS) and (CUSTOMER, SUPPLIER, OWNER) allows us to remove personal data from these transactions and allows us to anonymously redact client identifiers when they are no longer associated with the corporate entity, at the same time retaining our contractual and accredited obligations.

  • Individuals associated. (CLIENTS)

Individual personal data for a client data card is captured only when that individual is required for a corporate entity identified by Allied Aerosystems Ltd as a (CUSTOMER) (SUPPLIER) (OWNER).

(Note: Allied Aerosystems Ltd employees are clients associated with the corporate entity: Allied Aerosystems Ltd)

I.E: The individual has been identified as employed or contracted by a corporate entity and is acting in the interest of that corporate entity for the management of services provided or required by Allied Aerosystems Ltd.

Each Individual referred to as a (CLIENTS), has a contact information card, which holds vital contact information for the processing of services provided by Allied Aerosystems Ltd.

Personal Information is not shared with third parties without direct consent and is linked to the corporate entity that the individual is acting on behalf of.

The content of the Personal Contact card is as follows:

For login rights when enabled

Secondary Information (Customer Satisfaction, Internal Allied Aerosystems Ltd, Report Measures):

Bias. (Averse, Neutral, Advocate) – (Willingness to recommend)

Role.

Role Classification. (Invoicing, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, Management)

 

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process orders, manage accounts and, if you agree, to contact you about other products and services we offer that we think may be of interest to you.

In processing your order, we may need to send your individual contact ‘primary’ details to our suppliers in order to facilitate direct logistics, technical assistance, or other specific matters relating to the service requirement. We will ask for your consent when this occurs, unless we are legally required to do otherwise.

Secondary Information is held for internal administration of your account, specifically customer satisfaction indicators and continuous improvement. This data is not shared with third parties.

We will make some of the (ASSET), (CUSTOMER) information available online in a secure portal available to registered (CLIENTS).

Assets can only be viewed and maintained online for the description and Identifiers by an (OWNER) or (CUSTOMER) with a valid registered (CLIENTS) account.

(CUSTOMER) only, can access service records online and only for services that that (CUSTOMER) has commissioned.

Access to your information and correction

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date.

You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

Allied Aerosystems Ltd co-ordinators may correct or update data held on our systems on behalf of (CUSTOMERS) (SUPPLIERS) (CLIENTS) (OWNERS) and provide general data enquiries in support of your statutory rights. Please ring or email our customer support team with appropriate identification.

(CLIENTS) with Allied Aerosystems web based services access enabled, can view their data card by logging in to their dashboard on our website in addition to managing or viewing their (ASSETS)

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you as an individual with a Statutory Access Request. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email dpo@allied-aerosystems.com or write to us at our registered address with the required identification.

A standard form which is designed to speed up the process of a Subject Access Request with us is available from Allied Aerosystems Ltd, but this is not mandatory.

We may make a charge for this service based on the administrative effort.

What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?

Allied Aerosystems Ltd accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested under a Statutory Access Request:

Copy of either (Passport; photo driving licence; birth certificate; Foreign National Identity card)

and

(Letter sent to you by the passport office; a utility bill or bank statement or building society book, - from last 3 months).

All Web service clients and corporate entities are required to be checked for validity by Allied Aerosystems Ltd at appropriate intervals in order to offer continued service and provide data security.

Web service data is not shared with third parties.
